What are you throwing away?

You know... Things like...

• The world is a scary place
• I have to fight for my right to live
• Everything in life is hard
• There is one RIGHT religion
• I'm never going to be good enough
• If other people are upset, I caused it
• When I get enough money, then I'll be happy
• Believing I had to be happy all the time (I'd rather be at peace, thank you)

I just don't need them anymore.
